PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate operating environments for a strain gauge and the like used for measuring an inner pressure of a tube of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A device 1 for measuring in-tube pressure is equipped with: an output means 94 for outputting a stain signal corresponding to a strain of a bore outer wall 72; and a means 80 for deriving the inner pressure of the tube based on the strain signal from the output means 94. The device 1 is characterized in that the output means 94 is disposed at a cooling part of the bore outer wall 72. In this configuration, since the output means 94 is disposed at the cooling part of the bore outer wall 72, the operation environment can be alleviated.
