<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering system, an order management method and an order-managing program, configured to reduce irritation of a customer during the period from when an order for a meal is received to when the meal service is completed. <P>SOLUTION: A store server 2 stores in advance a time required to complete cooking from a cooking start of the meal to be provided in a store for each item, a self-ordering terminal 1 receives the order of the meal from the customer, a kitchen terminal 3 adds the required time for the order in the order of arrival to calculate a waiting time until each order is provided to the customer, and the self-ordering terminal 1 displays the waiting time for each order to the customer side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
