<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a conventional load driving device can not sufficiently turn off an output transistor when the voltage of a ground terminal rises. <P>SOLUTION: This load driving device includes: an output transistor T1 connected between a power supply line PWR and an output terminal OUT; a load 11 connected between the output terminal OUT and a first ground line GND1; a control circuit 13 connected between a gate of the output transistor T1 and a second ground line GND2, and controlling turning on/off of the output transistor T1; and a compensation transistor MN2 turned on when the potential of the second ground line GND2 is set above a predetermined value, thereby maintaining an off state of the output transistor T1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
