A food garbage drying disposer using far-infrared rays is provided to solve problems generated when attaching a heater to a ceramic plate, dry food garbage promptly and conveniently, and effectively solve a noise problem of a fan motor. A food garbage drying disposer using far-infrared rays comprises: a cover part(2) having an air inlet(1) formed in the top thereof; a cover(13) installed on the top of the air inlet; a reflector(3) and a metal ceramic coated heater(4) connected to the cover part by bolts(7); a mesh(5) installed under the metal ceramic coated heater; insulators(14) fixing the mesh to the cover part, reflector, and metal ceramic coated heater together with the bolts and nuts; a drying plate(17) rotated by rotary hinges(12) and installed on an upper end of a storage drum(10) under the mesh; a fan motor(19) installed under the storage drum; and an activated carbon filter(20) installed under the fan motor in the bottom part of an outer body(9). The food garbage drying disposer using far-infrared rays further comprises a temperature switch(15) attached onto the surface of the metal ceramic coated heater. |
