An insertion coupling structure of horizontal beams is provided to fulfill sufficient bonding stress by improving two ends of the existing beam member, to reduce the time required for coupling work, and to improve safety by promoting the simplicity of aerial work. An insertion coupling structure of horizontal beams comprises a bonding plate(10) coupled to stop two ends of a large beam member and a small beam member formed by a steel reinforced concrete beam reinforced with a skeleton and a reinforcing bar, a general H-beam, or a reinforced concrete PC beam, etc., wherein the bonding plate includes parallel vertical grooves(10a) formed to be inserted/suspended on vertical grooves of parallel projecting clasps attached to a joint of an H-shaped steel column, a CFT column, a PC column, a RC column and a retaining wall(500), etc.
