FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mixing of liquid and powdery substances with fluidity and may be used in chemical, paints and varnishes, food industries. Mixer comprises vertical mixing chamber. Axis of chamber symmetry coincides with axis of symmetry of nozzle installed on chamber top. Channels are arranged in nozzle for supply of mixed components. Discharge pipe is located at chamber bottom. In chamber, between nozzle and outlet pipe, on shaft installed in nozzle, ventilator wheel is installed with vanes. Evenly along circumference relative to axis of chamber symmetry, above vanes of ventilator wheel, there are nozzles installed for supply of working gas, which are combined in header and embrace the nozzle. Ventilator wheel with vanes has possibility of rotation around axis of mixing chamber symmetry, from action of working gas jets flowing out of nozzles. In wall of mixing chamber above ventilator wheel, openings are arranged for discharge of working gas. ^ EFFECT: higher uniformity of mixture due to increased extent of mixture component particles dispersion. ^ 1 dwg |
