A paint spray state measure system and a method thereof are provided to easily check the abnormal paint spray state by indicating the judgment data of the paint spray state at the error category form. A paint spray state measure system is composed of a slot laser(170) which is connected to a computer system(100) and irradiates the laser beam, a vision sensor(180) installed at a spray part(10), an image processing unit(110) connected to the vision sensor, an image analyzing unit(120) performing the shape analysis and shading is the analysis image processing data is used, an atomizing judging unit(130) outputting judgment data of the paint spray state to the error category form, a database unit(140) for the register and administration, a display unit(150) indicating judgment data, and a measurement housing(160) blocking the external light source.
