摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide modified creatinine amide hydrase which can overcome the defects of known creatinine amide hydrase and has an improved chelating agent resistance.

SOLUTION: This method for improving the chelating agent resistance of the creatinine amide hydrase comprises replacing the 78 or its equivalent position amino acid of creatinine amide hydrase originated from Pseudomonas putida with threonine or arginine.
