PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-up display capable of varying the depth and height of virtual display at the same time by improving mountability of the device while displaying it farther. SOLUTION: The head-up display includes: a display unit 6 for providing a device body 4 inclining an upper part to a driver side and arranged on the lower part of the inside of the device body 4 so as to project display light; an electromagnetic shutter 8 arranged to face inside and outside in the driver side of the device body 4, forming a transmission part 11 and a non-transmission part 12, and capable of switching the transmission part 11 in a vertical direction; and a reflection part 7 arranged to face the electromagnetic shutter 8 in the device body 4. After being alternately reflected between the non-transmission part 12 of the electromagnetic shutter 8 and the reflection part 7 from the display unit 6 at a plurality of times, the head-up display forms an optical path 107 toward a driver through the transmission part 11 of the electromagnetic shutter 8.
