METHOD FOR PREPARING COMPOSITION OF WHITE LIGHT EMITTING CDS NANOPARTICLES, THE COMPOSTION PREPARED THEREFROM AND WHITE LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE EMPOLYING THE COMPOSITION

A method for preparing a white light emitting CdS nanoparticle composition is provided to show excellent white luminescence property by mixing CdS nanoparticles having different light emission regions. A method for preparing a white light emitting CdS nanoparticle composition comprises the steps of: mixing cadmium nitrate solution and the solution that dioctyl sulfosuccinate is molten in diethyl ether to prepare the first cadmium precursor mixed solution; mixing cadium acetate and the solution that dioctylsulfo succinate is molten in heptane to prepare the second cadmium precursor mixed solution; after adding capping reagents to the first cadmium precursor mixed solution and the second cadmium precursor mixed solution respectively, injecting sulfur precursor solution to prepare the first cadmium sulfide reaction solution and the second cadmium sulfide reaction solution; separating the first supernatant and the second supernatant; evaporating the first supernatant and the second supernatant, adding precipitation solvent and filtering the precipitate to prepare the first cadmium sulfide nanoparticle and the second cadmium sulfide nanoparticle; and mixing the first cadmium sulfide nanoparticle and the second cadmium sulfide nanoparticle to prepare a cadmium sulfide nanoparticle mixture.
