<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller capable of improving responsiveness and followability by introducing non-interference control, and having stable control operation. <P>SOLUTION: The motor controller includes: PI operation sections 51a, 52a for operating PI operation values V<SB>do</SB>, V<SB>qo</SB>; non-interference control amount operation section 51b, 52b for operating a non-interference control amount for non-interference control of a motor; adding sections 51c, 52c for adding the PI operation values V<SB>do</SB>, V<SB>qo</SB>to the non-interference control amount; limiters 51d, 52d for limiting results of addition of the adding sections 51c, 52c and outputting the limited values as voltage command values V<SB>d</SB><SP>*</SP>, V<SB>q</SB><SP>*</SP>; and subtracting sections 51e, 52e for subtracting the non-interference control amount from each of the voltage command values V<SB>d</SB><SP>*</SP>, V<SB>q</SB><SP>*</SP>.
