<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discharge paper powder deposited on a receiving unit out of the body in an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus carries recording paper by a rotating roller 100 and also forms an image on the paper. The apparatus includes: a removal unit 200 for scraping the paper powder deposited on the rotating roller 100 and removing the powder from the roller 100; the receiving unit 300 fixed on the body S2 of the image forming apparatus and also receiving the paper powder scraped from the removal unit 200; a drawing member 41 drawable from the body S2; and a scraping member 500, while being fixed to the drawing member 41, for scraping the paper powder deposited on the receiving unit 300 out of the unit 300 with drawing operation of the drawing member 41 from the body S2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
