A device for inducing the weight unbalance of a body in order to get the torque is provided to generate the spin energy in order to continuously get the power. A device for inducing the weight unbalance of a body in order to get the torque comprises: a central axis(8) of a left side body vane, a slide roller(14) connected to a weight(21) put on a circular orbit(12). If the slide rollers connected to the weight near the central axis of a right side body vane is put on the circular orbit, the weight connected to the slide rollers which is under the circular orbit presses a weight supporting plate(24) which is near the central axis of the left side body vane and the weight supporting plate far from the central axis of the right side body vane. The slide rollers of two groups are successively put on the circular orbit according to the slope variation of the body, as the slide rollers is put on the circular orbit to be positioned in the opposite side with regular intervals.
