PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device and an image reproducing device that enable a user to easily grasp trends of his or her photography. SOLUTION: Images photographed by a photographing means are classified into two or more kinds of category according to photographic contents or photographic conditions, and accumulated values or frequencies of the numbers of images by the two or more kinds of category are calculated based upon classification results of images recorded in the past. Then a composite image is displayed which is formed by superposing on a through image (50) as a main image a sub-image (52) representing calculation results of each category and representing calculation results of the category obtained by classifying a through image (50) obtained through continuous photography of the photographing means among respective categories discriminatingly from calculation results of other categories.
