PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair catcher for a drain plug improving cleanability by easily eliminating hair, dust, etc. without disassembling for cleaning. SOLUTION: The hair catcher 30 for the drain plug comprises two sets of hair catchers 31 provided with a plurality of collecting ribs 32 radially. One hair catcher 31 is a V-shaped hair catcher 31a with the plurality of collecting ribs 32 comprising first collecting ribs 32a extended downward in approximately conical shape, and second collecting ribs 32b continuously extended upward from the tip parts 33 of the first collecting ribs 32a. The other hair catcher 31 is a horizontal hair catcher 31b with a plurality of horizontal collecting ribs 32c formed radially.
