A clamping nut or bolt is provided to prevent coupling of the female screw and the male screw from becoming loosen by vibration or impact force. A clamping nut(10) or bolt comprises as follows. A taper(12) which becomes gradually narrow to outside protrudes in one side of the screw nut. A plurality of cutout grooves(14) is formed in the taper and a female screw(16) is formed in the inner circumference of taper. The taper of bolt is expanded from a screw rod to a bolt header.
