(Class 7 (iii)] An injector, in which a spring 2 acting on the fuel valve and a casing 3 enclosing the spring extend transversely with respect to the axis of the valve, is retained in a sleeve 7, screwed into the cylinder, by a screw 8 carried by a yoke 4 extending over the injector. To prevent movement of the yoke away from the cylinder the arms 5 of the yoke engage flanges 6 on the sleeve 7. A cooling chamber 9 in the sleeve communicates with cooling chambers 11, 12 of the cylinder through openings 10.</p> |
