A spare tire secession guidance system is provided to prevent the damage of the fuel tank and to simplify the structure of the rear floor side member. A spare tire secession guidance system comprises a rear floor in which the spare tire room where the spare tire is settled is built up, a rear floor side member(20) which is installed at both sides of rear floor, an upper reinforcement plate(21) which is installed at rear floor side member and is long, and a lower reinforcement plate(22) which is installed at rear floor side member and is short. The lower reinforcement plate is installed at the vertical hem lower part of the rear floor side member.
