FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to peroxide compositions meant for methods of (co)polymer polymerisation and modification. There is disclosed cyclic ketone peroxide composition, containing: one or more cyclic ketone peroxides of formula (I) where R1-R6-hydrogen, C1-C20alkyl, C3-C20cycloalkyl, C6-C20aryl, C7-C20aralkyl and C7-C20alkaryl, and each R1-R6 can be substituted with hydroxy, C1-C20alkoxy, C1-C20alkyl, C6-C20aryloxy, halogen, ester, carboxy, nitrile and amido and where each combination of groups R1 and R2, R3 and R4 and R5 and R6 together with carbon whereto each combination of groups is attached, can optionally form cyclic fragment; and one or more dialkylperoxides of formula R7-O-O-R8 (II), where R7 and R8 are -C4-C20alkyl, C3-C20cycloalkyl, C6-C20aryl, C7-C20aralkyl and C7-C20akaryl and, optionally, common retarders.
