<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the peeling of the connection part of an LSI and a substrate even when external force such as bending or twist works on the finished product of a wireless medium manufactured from a base material. <P>SOLUTION: This wireless medium is provided with: a substrate 2 for forming an antenna 13; an LSI 3 mounted on the substrate 2, and connected to the antenna 13 for communicating with the outside in a non-contact state; and a slit 15 formed so as to be positioned in the neighborhood of the LSI 3 on the substrate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
