PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision preventive device, capable of correctly detecting an object as a subject for a collision preventive action so as to carry out the collision preventive action in an early stage. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a pre-clash safety system 40, a sensor 30 to detect an object around the periphery, a move determination part 21 to determine whether or not it is moving in the advance direction of a vehicle 4, a memory part 22 to store passage ranges A1-A5 of moving objects C1-C5, and an actuation timing changing part 24 to change actuation timing of the pre-clash safety system 40 to be earlier when a non-moving object is detected by the sensor 30 in the passage ranges A1-A5 than that when a non-moving object is detected outside the passage ranges A1-A5. When the passage ranges A1-A5 of the moving objects C1-C5 ahead are stored preliminarily, in case where a non-moving object H is detected in the passage ranges A1-A5, then it can be determined as an obstacle, thereby warning or vehicle control can be performed earlier.
