PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body front part structure enhancing front surface collision-resistance performance of a cab-over type vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicle body front part structure of the cab-over type vehicle 1 in which a driver's seat is provided on an upper part of a front wheel is made to a constitution provided with: a pair of left and right front pillars 12 provided along a front edge part of a side door opening 11; a pair of left and right rear pillars 13 provided along a rear edge part of the side door opening; a steering support beam 17 laid/provided between the left and right front pillars and supporting a steering column in an intermediate part; a side door 20 openably/closably provided on the side door opening; a door beam 23 provided in the inside of the side door and extending approximately along a vehicle longitudinal direction; and a load transmitting member 24 for connecting the steering support beam and the door beam in the state where the side door is closed and transmitting the load in the vehicle longitudinal direction from the steering support beam to the door beam.
