An automatic flow metering valve using shape memory alloy is provided to operate regardless of pressure difference between an inlet and an outlet of heating water and control heating temperature efficiently by automatically controlling flow rate of heating water according to the temperature of the heating water. An inlet, an outlet(110), an exhaust vent, an SMA spring cap(20) and a return spring cap(30) are formed in a valve body(10) which opens and closes a flow path by detecting the temperature of heating water. A groove is formed in the circumferential surface of a spool(70) which closes or opens the flow path of the heating water. The outlets are formed in the groove at regular intervals and passes through the inside of the spool. The both sides of the outlet are screwed up with a spool cover. In one side of the spool cover, an SMA spring(50) and a return spring(60) are inserted between step height and spring step height on a straight line and a spool guide rod(40) is inserted to a spool guide rod hole.
