SOLUTION: In a damage evaluation system 40, when it is determined that a deformation amount by weld repair is within a weld repair limit by a deformation amount determination means 45, a next time repair prediction means 46 predicts a damage amount and a repair amount of the next inspection and a repair cost and a cumulative repair cost accompanied by them with respect to weld repair and diffusion brazing repair based on a damage amount measured this time by a damage inspection system 20, and past operation history data, repair history data and damage history data stored in a history database 30. A repair method selecting means 47 selects the repair method for minimizing the cumulative repair cost after next repair as the repair method of this time by comparing the predicted cumulative repair costs of the next inspection for each repair method.
