PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensation curing type room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition excellent in oil resistance, excellent also in heat resistance in the uncured state, and giving excellent seal performance when used to seal the periphery of an automobile engine. SOLUTION: The room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises (A) a diorganopolysiloxane endcapped at both ends of the molecular chain with hydroxy groups: (HO-(R<SB>2</SB>SiO)<SB>n</SB>-H wherein R represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and n represents an integer of at least 10); (B) a silane having at least two dialkyl ketoxime groups in its molecule: (R<SP>1</SP><SB>x</SB>-Si(-O-N=CR<SP>2</SP>R<SP>3</SP>)<SB>4-x</SB>wherein R<SP>1</SP>represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>each represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group or R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>may together form a ring with the carbon atom to which they are bonded, and x represents an integer of 0 to 2) and/or a partial hydrolyzate thereof; (C) a filler selected from the group consisting of zinc carbonate, zinc oxide, zinc hydroxide and mixtures thereof; (D) a curing catalyst; and (E) a hindered phenol compound having a molecular weight of at least 400.
