OPTICAL LAMINATE, POLARIZING PLATE, AND IMAGE DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical laminate capable of preventing an antifouling agent from bleeding out, while keeping a satisfactory antifouling property, and capable of preventing an set-off even when rolled roll-likely.

SOLUTION: The optical laminate has a phototransmissive base material and a functional layer. The functional layer is formed by applying a functional layer forming composition containing the antifouling agent, and has the ratio A50/A100of 0.6-0.9 of a photoabsorption intensity A50resulting from the antifouling agent per unit area in an area up to 50 nm from a surface in an opposite side of the phototransmissive base material, to a photoabsorption intensity A100resulting from the antifouling agent per unit area in an area up to 100 nm from the surface in the opposite side of the phototransmissive base material, in the optical laminate.
