<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a music piece in which one does not feel a sense of incongruity, from a plurality of music pieces. <P>SOLUTION: A storage device 30 stores a musical sound data A of each fragment P into which the music piece is divided, and an acoustic feature amount F of each fragment P, for each of the plurality of musical pieces. A similarity calculation section 12 calculates a similarity index value R which is an index of similarity of the feature amount F with a sub-fragment Ps other than a main fragment Pm, for each sub-fragment Ps. A selection section 14 selects the sub-fragment Ps in which the similarity index value R indicates that it is similar for each main fragment Pm. A processing section 16 sequentially processes the musical sound data A of each main fragment Pm, based on the musical sound data A of the sub-fragment Ps which is selected by the selection section 4 for the main fragment Pm.
