A prothesis for insertion of spinous process is provided, which can be inserted between the spinous process without an operation which needs incision. A prothesis for insertion of spinous process comprises: a tube body(10) which is expanded and contracted; an injection connection part(20) formed in the one side end of tube body; and fillers(30) injected inside the tube body. The prothesis is connected to the mouth connection part and additionally includes an injection device(40) including an injection path. The injection connection part is combined with the fixing member selected from the group consisting of one-way valve, rivet, clamp, suture, wire, screw thread, groove and projection structure, and latch.
