<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mineral extract extracted in water, and containing mineral component derived from livestock industry bone dust, especially a natural mineral extract extracted in water, and containing silicon in mineral component. <P>SOLUTION: This mineral extract extracted in water contains mineral component derived from livestock industry bone dust and has pH10-12. The natural mineral extract extracted in water is obtained by using as livestock industry bone dust, bone dust which is made by boiling raw material livestock industry bone with a high-pressure iron pot followed by drying, and baking the dried bone with a high-temperature iron pot of >1,000°C followed by pulverizing, and using as water for water extraction, purified water in which ozone-containing air is absorbed. Furthermore, the natural mineral extract contains silicon in the mineral component. The purified water in which ozone-containing air is absorbed is obtained by absorbing ozone-containing air in pH6.8-7.8 purified water which is obtained by treating water with ion exchange resin and/or activated carbon, and is adjusted to pH8.0-8.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
