PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic operation device capable of suppressing discharge of electric charges induced at an electrode through a spacer (projection portion) while suppressing contact between a first electrode portion and a second electrode portion. SOLUTION: The electrostatic operation device 1 includes a movable electrode portion 20 including a current collecting electrode 22, a fixed electrode portion 10 including an electret film 12 disposed opposite to the electrode 22 of the movable electrode portion 20, the spacer 11a provided projecting from the fixed electrode portion 10 to the movable electrode portion 20 side, and an electret film 12a formed covering at least a side surface 11b of the spacer 11a.
