PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrode terminal fitting structure capable of reducing the number of components and lightening work in assembly; and to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. SOLUTION: The electrode terminal fitting structure has a battery outer packaging member 10, an insertion part inserted into an opening part 11a of the battery outer packaging member, an electrode terminal 21 conductively provided on one side of the outside of the battery outer packaging member 10 of the insertion part, and an electrode member 20 having a current collecting part 23 conductively provided on the other side of the inside of the battery outer packaging member 10 of the insertion part, and the opening part is airtightly sealed with a seal resin member 30 formed by injection molding so as to fill a gap between the insertion part and an inside edge part of the opening part 11a.
