PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent photographing in the case where a part of the legs lower than the knees of a person is not settled within an image. SOLUTION: In the case where the size of the face of a person in a subject is smaller than or equal to a predetermined value (negative determination in 110), based on the size of the face, position coordinates of the knees of the person and position coordinates of the legs are calculated (112) and based on the position coordinates of the knees, the position coordinates of the legs and image data, in the case where the position coordinates of the knees are included within an image represented by the image data but the position coordinates of the legs are not included therein (positive determination in 114), it is reported.
