The container has a watertight box (1) made of upper, bottom, left, right and rear sides. A separate cover (7) is locked with the container by screwing and grooving at a front waterproof for protection of movable goods and article of values against flood water and overflow. The cover is supported on the container under normal conditions in a guiding system. A circulating sub frame (2) is bent outwardly and runs at a right angle for locking the container at the front, where the sub frame permanently carries screw threads (3) for safe lock.
