A surveying system for measuring geographic information of the surface of the earth by observing the altitude information and surveys is provided to confirm whether the coordinate of the corresponding geographical feature is accurately set up. A GPS receiver is mounted on a case. A glass window is included in circumference and is fixed in the vehicle. A glass window washing apparatus comprises the water tank, the water pipe, the guide rail, wiper and wiper driver. A support stand(10) is equipped inside the case. A supporting frame is pivotally combined in the support stand. A horizontal platform is combined in the Y-axis frame of the supporting frame. A rotational plate comprises the GPS receiver. An observation camera is parallel mounted on one side of the laser distancemeter.
