摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidity measurement apparatus and method for evaluating the fluidity of powder particles by using the small quantity of a sample. SOLUTION: The fluidity measurement apparatus comprises: a receiving member for receiving the powder particles; a discharge port provided in the receiving member; a vibrator 2 for applying a vibration to the receiving member; a vibration measuring instrument 3 for measuring an amplitude of the vibration of the receiving member; a weighing apparatus 4 for measuring the weight of the powder particles discharged from the discharge port of the receiving member; and a computer 5 for instructing the vibrator to generate the vibration at the predetermined frequency and amplitude, obtaining data from the vibration measuring instrument 3 and the weighing apparatus 4, and calculating a flow rate data of the powder particles per unit time. The computer 5 instructs the vibrator 2 to generate the vibration at the fixed frequency and acceleration and apply the vibration to the receiving member, obtains the data from the vibration measuring instrument 3 and the weighing apparatus 4, calculates the flow rate data of the powder particles per unit time, and evaluates the fluidity of the powder particles from the calculated flow rate data of the powder particles per unit time.
