PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the analysis sensitivity of flameless atomic absorption spectrometry on a small amount of aluminum contained in a hydrogen fluoride-containing aqueous solution. SOLUTION: The method for analyzing aluminum by flameless atomic absorption spectrometry analyzes aluminum contained in a hydrogen fluoride-containing aqueous solution, and includes introducing the hydrogen fluoride-containing aqueous solution and a strontium salt into an atomization reactor, and atomizing them by ashing to analyze the aluminum.
