The present invention relates to a mat, and more specifically, to a mat for microcurrent stimulation which has an excellent effect on various treatments and improving health by applying microcurrent to the entire human body or one part of the human body. The mat for microcurrent stimulation of the present invention comprises: an outer shell which is made of a nonconductive material; a cushion material which is built in the outer shell; one or more stimulation members which are adhered to one surface of the outer shell and are made of a conductive material; and a microcurrent generator which is electrically connected to the stimulation members and supplies microcurrent to the stimulation members. |
