A heat exchanging device of a cooling/heating system is provided to enhance cooling/heating efficiency by evaporating refrigerant using an electric heating device. A heat exchanging device of a cooling/heating system includes a receiver(4a) and a separator(4b). An electric heating device(6) is installed in the receiver. The electric heating device includes a heating cylindrical part(61), a coupling flange(62), a flange cover(63), an electric heater(64), an insulating supporter for supporting the electric heater, an inner cooling fin and an outer cooling fin(67). The heating cylindrical part is charged in the separator through an entrance(43) of the separator. The coupling flange is integrally formed with the heating cylindrical part and is fastened to the entrance by a bolt. The flange cover is fastened to the coupling flange by a bolt. The electric heater is installed at an inner surface of the flange cover.
