<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain information delivery system that can deliver a real time precipitation forecast more reliable than precipitation information available from a meteorological agency or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A remote equipment monitoring apparatus 3 installed in a building 2 is connected to an information center 4 via a communication line 10. The remote equipment monitoring apparatus 3 sends a rainfall measured by a rain gage 11 to the information center 4. The information center 4 includes a rainfall information reception part 5 for receiving the rainfall information from the remote equipment monitoring apparatus 3, a precipitation information acquisition part 6 for acquiring precipitation information from a meteorological agency 19, a precipitation forecast creation part 8 for analyzing the rainfall information and precipitation information to create a precipitation forecast in a region related to the building 2, and a precipitation information delivery part 9 for delivering a precipitation warning based on the precipitation forecast to equipment management engineer 13 who performs equipment management of the building 2 or to a building owner 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
