<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication terminal which is used by switching between a plurality of wireless communication systems by a software wireless technique, and which shortens a switching time between the wireless communication systems by efficiently monitoring radio waves in the plurality of wireless communication systems. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless communication terminal is provided with: a measurement unit 40 for measuring radio waves based in the plurality of wireless communication systems on a time division basis; and a controller 12 for giving priorities to the wireless communication systems on the basis of values measured for the wireless communication systems.
