PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust the deviation of video output from a stereoscopic imaging apparatus.

SOLUTION: The stereoscopic video adjusting apparatus includes: an image capturing section 111 for capturing a captured image output from the stereoscopic imaging apparatus; a direction determining section 113 for determining a direction of the captured image; the image capturing section 111 for generating an image with no direction inversion based on a direction determination result; a deviation quantity calculating section 114 for calculating the deviation quantity in a rotating direction and a vertical direction between a right-eye captured image and a left-eye captured image; deviation quantity adjusting sections 115-118 for adjusting the deviation based on the calculated deviation quantity; and a control section 120 for performing control not to generate delay by synchronizing the right-eye adjusted image and the left-eye adjusted image output from the stereoscopic video adjusting apparatus.
