The disk (21) has a window part (30) radial-outwardly limited by a plastically deformed window sash (32) based on a rotational axis of the disk. The window sash extends between two block regions that are spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction. The window sash is operated, without the deformation of the block regions, and is deformed in a middle or inner window sash region. The window sash is extended in a radial direction, and a lateral surface of the window sash is processed in the block regions parallel to the rotational axis of the disk. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a torsion vibration damping disk.
