OVERCURRENT PROTECTION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: An overcurrent protection circuit is provided to help a user to implement a soft start function and an overcurrent detection function by using same condenser. CONSTITUTION: A condenser(21) is designed for a soft start function. A current source(2) is connected to a terminal(SS) through a switch(S4). A transistor(6) is connected to a voltage source(51) through the switch(5). The input terminal of a NOR gate(1) and the reset of a flip-flop(7) are connected to a hysteresis amplifier(13). The voltage source is connected to an inverting input terminal of a comparator(14).
