PURPOSE: A system for supplying hot water in an apartment is provided to facilitate the supply of hot water, since a heat pump normally used for cooling and heating is converted into a heat pump for supplying hot water when a load of supplying hot water is at a peak level. CONSTITUTION: A system for supplying hot water in an apartment comprises a ground heat exchanger(100), a hot water heat pump(130), a cooling/heating heat pump(200), a cooling/heating heat exchanger(230), and a 3-way valve(410). The refrigerant flowing inside the ground heat exchanger exchanges heat with the ground. The refrigerant of the ground heat exchanger and water are supplied through different lines. The cooling/heating heat pump exchanges the heat of the water circulating inside to supply cold water or hot water. The cooling/heating heat exchanger receives the cold water or the hot water from the cooling/heating heat pump and exchanges heat with water circulating in an apartment.
