摘要 <p>The method involves producing a temperature gradient in a region (RG) of integrated circuit resulting from a flow of an electric current e.g. electric pulse, in a part of integrated circuit (CI) during an operation of the circuit. Electric energy is produced from a thermoelectric material (MTH) contained in region subjected to the temperature gradient, where the region is realized on and between different interconnection levels of interconnection network of the part of the integrated circuit. The energy is stored in a storage unit e.g. metal-metal capacitor, arranged in the circuit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an integrated circuit comprising a region containing a thermoelectric material (2) a method of manufacturing an integrated circuit.</p>
