PURPOSE: An organophosphorus hydrolase variant is provided to enhance hydrolysis activity and to apply to a biosensor for detecting organophosphous compound. CONSTITUTION: An organophosphorus hydrolase variant has 95th amino acid, H which is substituted with Q, 131th amino acid K which is substituted with E, and 145th amino acid T which is substituted with A in organophosphoous compound hydrolase having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 4. The organophosphorus hydrolase variant has an amino acid sequence selected from sequence numbers 9-12. A gene encoding the variant has a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 5-8. A biosensor for detecting organophosphorus compound has the fixed variant.
