PURPOSE: A photocatalyst element dispersed solution and a photocatalyst functional product using thereof are provided to obtain the photocatalyst element dispersed solution without the solid-liquid separation. CONSTITUTION: A photocatalyst functional product using a photocatalyst element dispersed solution contains a titanium oxide particle, a tungsten oxide particle, and a dispersing medium. The titanium oxide particle is obtained by a sulfate process. The dispersing medium disperses the titanium oxide particle and the tungsten oxide particle.
