TRAIN SCANNER SYSTEM USING TEXT EXPRESSION

PURPOSE: A train scanner system using a text expression is provided to help an engineer to manage emergency conditions by transmitting a message including an image of the emergency conditions. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cameras(110) monitors stations through an image of the station in real time. A window splitter(120) divides the image which taken by the cameras. A message generator(130) generates a text related to the image and the emergency situation of the station. A compressing unit compresses the text. A signal converter(150) changes the text transmitted from the compressing unit into a digital signal.
