PURPOSE: An oily antibacterial composition containing silver nano on a silica nanotube is provided to limit oxidation of silver nano and to improve antibacterial performance. CONSTITUTION: An oily antibacterial composition contains 45-55 weight parts of silica nanotube and 20-30 weight parts of wetting dispersing agent based on 100 weight parts of organic solvent. The content of the silver nanoparticles is 20,000-100,000 ppm in the silica nanotube. The organic solvent is propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, butyl carbitol, butyl acetate or ethyl acetate.
