PURPOSE: A furnace body rotating device for improving the spray coating performance of a smelting furnace is provided to extend the service life of a smelting furnace body by uniformly coating melting damage parts. CONSTITUTION: A furnace body rotating device for improving the spray coating performance of a smelting furnace is composed of a pinion gear(110), a rotating gear(120) for a furnace body, and a drive motor(100). The pinion gear is installed in a trunnion(30). The trunnion is formed in the circumference of the furnace body of a smelting furnace. The rotating gear is formed in one side of the pinion gear and is rotated with the pinion gear. The drive motor is coupled to the top of the pinion gear and supplies power to the pinion gear. |
